About us

PageTurner Books International, LLC was born in 2011 with the publication of Larry Jordan's epic biography, "Jim Reeves: His Untold Story," which represented 13 years of thorough research into the life of this iconic country music star, who is known worldwide. Jordan's 672-page book sold over $30,000 worth of copies in the first NINE DAYS alone, went on to win a Hollywood Book Award (judged by a panel of entertainment industry experts looking for scripts that they deemed worthy of being turned into a movie), and garnered Jordan international attention from media entities as diverse as Billboard magazine and the BBC, the latter of which did a one-hour special based on his book and interviewed him.

Plans were immediately drawn up to use PageTurner as a launching pad for other would-be authors. There are some exciting books on the horizon!

Our president has been writing professionally since he was 15 — and is now 66. Do the math and that's 51 years of writing experience, in which he has interviewed Presidents (and been praised by them), seen his work picked up by national media ranging from Family Circle to ABC Radio to CBS television, and reprinted by many entities.

Mr. Jordan has also been widely quoted in books by other authors, on topics ranging from Abraham Lincoln to artist Grant Wood, Hillary Clinton, Dorothy Kilgallen, and tomes that cover subjects such as the environment, children, education, religion and politics. Read more about him on Wikipedia by typing in "Larry N. Jordan." (Please note the Wikipedia page is not up to date; many more activities by Mr. J have not been added there yet).

For the past 26 years, he has been the publisher of a glossy regional magazine, Midwest Today. And for 21+ years he has produced the weekly, “Midwest Today Radio Edition,” heard on 52 stations across ten states.

We also have books in the works that include historical fiction and a a fascinating look at efforts over the centuries to protect our environment. Another was penned by a WWII vet just before his recent passing. He recounts his experiences, with a focus on an amazing dog he adopted and brought home to America from overseas.

PageTurner is also looking for authors and invite you to contact us if you have a book proposal to offer. Email us HERE.
